Booking Procedure
The booking procedure is simple and straight forward,
just telephone or e-mail us to provisionally book the house.
We will send you a booking form which must be completed, signed and returned
back to us together with a minimum 25% deposit cheque of the total
cost of your holiday stay or full holiday stay cost (whatever is applicable).
This must reach us no later than one week after the
initial provisional booking to secure your holiday. The balance must reach us 6 weeks before the start
of your stay. If you are booking your holiday with less than six weeks
to the start of your stay then we require the full
payment.
We do not charge our guests any booking fees whatsoever and there
are no hidden costs, all prices shown and quoted are fully inclusive
of electricity, heating and the provision for use of fresh bed
linen and towels.
The only payment that is required, other than
the price for your holiday stay is a "Good House Keeping Deposit" of £50.00 that must be paid by separate cheque before arrival and will be returned by cheque on departure (Please read booking conditions).
A confirmation of booking and receipt detailing the
dates of your holiday stay and monies paid will be sent to you
upon receipt of your completed booking form and clearance of relevant
payments. (Please read booking conditions)
The
Change over day for weekly stays is Saturday for arrivals after 3.00
pm and departure before 10.00 am.
