Map & Directions
Travel to Anglesey and Old Forge Cottage is very good by way of road or train networks. The motorway network on mainland Britain links with the A55 allowing direct access to Anglesey from the North Wales coast. If you are travelling without a car and by train then this is not a problem as you can travel by main line service directly from the main land to train stations at Valley or Holyhead, on the Island, where taxis can be arranged to transport you on an approximate 10 – 20 minutes journey to Old Forge Cottage. National coach/bus services operate to Bangor from major towns and cities in Great Britain, where bus or train connections can be made to take you to Old Forge Cottage. If you are travelling by air then the above road, rail and coach networks all offer good links and connections to and from Manchester and Liverpool airports.
Please Note - You can now fly direct to Anglesey from Cardiff Airport - for more information about this service please visit www.highlandairways.co.uk
